Our One-off Clearance service, some refer
to as 'bag / sack service', others as 'purge
service', allows you to decide the level
of time and physical input you put into
the collation, collection and removal of
your unwanted data / load.
This service is particularly effective if
you have any of the following:
Time constraints
- A deadline to keep, e.g. moving premises,
starting a refurbishment or loading restrictions.
Expensive staff
- Skilled workers that you'd rather have
engaged in more financially rewarding
work within your business.
Health & Safety concerns
- Bags, sacks or boxes of paper can surprisingly
quickly reach over 25kg in weight, which
if handled by untrained or uncertified
employees can lead to trips, falls and
strains resulting in painful injuries,
increased sick time and possible compensation
claims.
If you decide to use Green Plan-its One-Off
Clearance service we can arrange any or
all of the following:
- Current storage location picking &
sorting
- Current storage location collection
- Multi-location picking & sorting
- Multi-location collection
- Central point collection
- Staggered collections
After collecting the material / data we
will destroy any information you deem confidential
or sensitive through shredding and everything
that can be recycled will be recycled.
On completion we will issue you with a Certificate
of Destruction and Waste Transfer Note detailing
the:
- Client (waste producer)
- Waste carrier (with licence no.)
- Material (with European Waste Catalogue
no.)
- Date
- Weight
Pricing will depend upon which services
you require but you get to choose the method
of calculating this as we offer 4 basic
pricing structures:
- KG rate
- No. of bags / sacks (we can supply
the self-seal 20kg sacks)
- Time rate
- Fixed fee
