Our business produces many types of waste including paper, IT hardware/software, toners, medicine trolleys, fridges and various miscellaneous electrical items which was collected for recycling by a number of different waste disposal companies meaning numerous phone calls or emails to arrange the various collections.

During a review of our services to site we made a decision to try to bring our waste disposal services together within one business and then due to a stroke of luck at the start of that process the Green Plan-it Sales Director made a cold call to site and from that visit we now have a one stop, streamlined waste disposal route for which we are undoubtedly grateful.

Nothing is too much trouble for our account manager, office contact or the drivers who pull out all the stops to provide a slick, efficient, professional service. Our account manager often pops into site to check on how the service is progressing so if there are any queries or requirements we can discuss and resolve them with ease as nothing is too much trouble. If any ad hoc items arrive for disposal, one call to the account manager or the office ends with a collection date.

We have worked with Green Plan-it for several years and they have always offered us a first rate service and a cost effective recycling solution. The team are very helpful and always willing to accommodate us with any ad-hoc recycling we have on top of our normal recycling facility.

We have been using Green Plan-it for managing our confidential waste since summer 2012. Green Plan-it service 6 of our campuses in North Warwickshire and Leicestershire. Confidential waste consoles have been installed in specific areas of our sites, which are emptied on a monthly basis by Green Plan-it. This service has been extremely advantageous as it has negated the previous use of sacks for collecting confidential waste. This system works for the majority of the year when confidential waste production is not high. During the summer months during office moves and clear outs, more waste is produced and Green Plan-it have been extremely accommodating for this, providing sacks for high volumes of waste and able to make extra collections.

The service provided from Green Plan-it has and continues to be excellent, with our account manager easily contactable, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and able to discuss and advise on our needs. Collections are always on schedule and carried out efficiently.

Green Plan-It were appointed as our preferred supplier for secure disposal of paper I picked up the operational aspects of dealing with them on a day to day basis.

Since that time I have been delighted with the level of service they have provided.

We have been using Green Plan-It for all of our recycling needs since April 2011. Once the shredders were banished the office has been kept much tidier and the man hours saved from posting all of our confidential and general paperwork is considerable.

Our material is collected quietly and efficiently on a fortnightly basis.

We have used Green Plan-it for many two years and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide.

We used to collect our paper waste and store it in sacks, which was far from ideal causing hazards and meaning that staff were responsible for moving this around etc. Green Plan-it installed consoles for the confidential waste and we simply place all other waste in a choice of two ways – recycling paper etc or general waste. The confidential waste is collected on an agreed schedule and the recycling and general waste collected out of hours.

Initially we only used Green Plan-it for confidential, recycling and general waste, but when we had the need for the disposal of old PCs, general office equipment and items controlled by WEEE. This was arranged and collected promptly and a certificate of destruction received, ensuring that our data had been destroyed and disposed of in the correct manner.

It is especially helpful that I have same point of contact for any requests, and that the collection driver is always the same guy, which means that they can simply be let in and our collection dealt with and signed for promptly.

We receive an easy to follow invoice which includes the usual collection and any additional items clearly listed which helps keep control from an accounting point of view too.

I find Green Plan-it helpful, very professional and very cost effective. It is reassuring that our data protection and security is not breached and compliance requirements are met.

What a brilliant firm! We were over run with confidential documents to destroy and our shredder couldn’t cope. Green Plan-it delivered 10 sacks, which we filled them (eventually but no pressure on times). We arranged for a collection and paid such a reasonable price to get rid of everything, afterwards we received a certificate of destruction too for total peace of mind. The Operations manager is so friendly, so professional and helpful. The young man who came to collect and drop more bags off was polite, smart, friendly and professional.
